Chemarome's Roxane GT 60 Robot

In early 2020 we welcomed at our facilities in Barcelona the Roxane GT 60 Robot, with the addition of a new compounding robot Roxane GT 60, we significantly increased Chemarome’s production capacity and improved delivery terms for our customers worldwide. The Roxane GT 60, allows us to realize automatically 1 gr accurate dispensing for compounds from 30 liters up to 1000 liters, with no limitation when using all the raw materials from our libraries, also preventing any contamination between them.

Our main R&D laboratory in Barcelona includes a high-capacity and fully automated Development Lab with an efficient sampling system that counts with a Roxane-K robot, as well as a state-of-the-art Applications lab equipped with olfactory and evaporation cabins, laundry, aerosol, soap rooms and an extraction department. This allows our technicians to perform all necessary tests to ensure the stability of our fragrances in their final application.
